CONTRACTS ARE MORE DEPENDABLE THAN GENTLEMAN AGREEMENT – AMANDA UZOAGBA ON THE MORNING DRIVE

Our managing consultant, Amanda Uzoagba stopped by Rhythm FM Abuja on the Morning Drive with Victa Pepple to discuss the need for contracts in the music and movie industry.

She pointed out that the days are gone when parties shake hands on agreement and that there is need for a proper legally binding contract should be entered to back up any verbal agreement. She also mentioned that there is need for an entertainment lawyer to be involved from the drafting to execution stage of contracts in the industry.
